Are you still using Skype for Business to chat with your friends and colleagues around IU? Microsoft is phasing out Skype for Business by the end of 2023, and employees are encouraged to switch to Microsoft Teams chat now.

Microsoft Teams is a collaboration tool that gives everyone at IU the ability to work together and share information in a common space. One of its main features is chat, ranging from one-on-one convos to group chats to conversations in channels. It’s user friendly, with built-in emoji and GIF features, too.
